The rich flavors of dishes like ribeye, lamb, and halibut shine through, showcasing the chef's skill and attention to detail. Guests like f dipanfilo appreciate the generous portion sizes and the ability to accommodate dietary restrictions, which adds a personal touch to the dining experience. While most reviews praise the food's creativity and flavor, Moustafa Mohsin's opinion hints at a few inconsistencies, noting that certain items fall flat in flavor. Delightfully consistent for over 20 years this is a beautiful French Bistro. Our family has enjoyed the service, food and wine for every special occasion. If you're looking for a taste of Paris in Calgary, this is the spot.

We enjoyed a wonderful dining experience at Fleur de Sel. The portion were way bigger than expected as its a French restaurant the lamb dish was excellant as well as my husband's halibut and our sons ratatouille. The appetizers were excellant as well. We had one in the group allergic to garlic and the chef accommodated the menu to her needs. The waitress was funny and lovely. Highly recommend and make sure you check out the bathrooms.

We went here for my girlfriends birthday. Iits a cozy place for a romantic diner. Portions were a good size. We left there full. Plenty of parking out front and surrounding area on 4th st. The girlfriend was a happy birthday girl.

Atmosphere and service is great. The food is honestly bland. Very “mid” at best. The baguette and French onion soup were the best part

One of the best restaurants in calgary in my opinion. Portion sizes are generous and relatively cheap to dine especially for the quality you're getting. Food is delicious, Dan and Mat consistently kill it. And talking to Patrice is always entertaining.

I had an amazing experience at this French restaurant on my birthday in February. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a cozy spot in France . The service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented, making it feel like we were dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant. The biggest surprise was when they dimmed the lights, played music, and brought out a dessert with a sparkling candle. It was such a thoughtful touch that made my birthday feel extra special.

Classy. Unique. Romantic. Intimate. Very reminiscent of a Paris cafe restaurant. I met some friends there but this place is best suited to couples because it's small and mainly has tables for 2 or 4 people. Transport yourself to France for a couple of hours! The menu is expensive (and expansive!) but that's OK for a special evening dining experience. House wine is 17 per glass but it was a decent sized pour.
